What to Wear
Feel free to dress comfortably, many of our clients lounge in robes and slippers that we provide.
Before Your Treatment
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. We encourage all of our clients, new or returning, to arrive 15 minutes early, change into a robe and slippers if desired, and relax with a cup of tea or lemon water to begin their spa experience.
Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, or if you are pregnant or taking any medication. Pregnancy, blood pressure disorders and advanced diabetes may preclude some session.
Treatments and Services
During body treatments, most people prefer to remove all clothing. Your therapist will modestly undrape only those body areas being treated. If you feel more comfortable leaving your undergarments on, feel free to do so.
Let your aesthetician or therapist know if you are uncomfortable at any time. Our greatest concern is your comfort.
If you have any preferences or feel you would be best served by a particular member of our staff, please let us know when booking your appointment.
Complimentary Steam Showers accompany most massage services. Please notify us when booking your appointment if you would like to take advantage of this service.
Please be advised that intoxication or inappropriate comments to the staff will result in termination of the session with full payment due.
After Your Services
If you are going out for the evening at the end of your spa
day, we have a dressing and makeup area where you can get dressed.
You may consider scheduling a hair salon appointment, since most
of the spa services involve water and steam, and your hair may need
to be styled afterwards. We provide bathrobes, slippers, towels,
soap, hair care products, hair spray, deodorant, razors, shaving
cream, hair dryers, cotton swabs and cotton balls. You may bring
your own toiletries if you desire.
Valuables
Lockers are provided for clients who would like to use them during their stay.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. The customary gratuity for all salon and spa services is 18%. Gift Certificates and Spa Packages do not include gratuity.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation or date change of a spa service be necessary, we kindly request your consideration of our minimum of 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for multi-service Spa Packages. Your consideration and advance notice will allow you to avoid a cancellation fee.
